II.    Nomination Process:

Any chorus member may recommend someone (including herself) for consideration, by submitting a Kathy Cox Memorial Award Nomination Form by February 1st.  The recipient of the award will be determined by the Directors, who will present it.  The award need not be given every year if no one meets the criteria, as determined by the Directors.

III. The Award:

The recipient’s name and year will be engraved on a rotating plaque, which the recipient will keep during the year it is awarded.  The recipient will also receive a framed certificate to keep, permanently, and her accomplishment will be published in the Hums and Glisses newsletter.

IV.  Associated Costs:

The Directors will pay for the engraving for the first 12 years of the award, after which the BOD and the Musical Director(s) of New England Voices in Harmony will discuss the future of the award and its costs.
